Garden Room Policy for Reservations & Cancellations//
[Reservations: 2-night minimum only. Deposit to hold: One-third of total charges by check. Email or hard copy of confirmation of reservation will be sent upon receipt of check. Balance of charges via check is due 7-10 days prior to stay, or cash on day of arrival.]//
{Cancellations:If room can be re-rented, all monies will be refunded. If room cannot be rented, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and balance of monies will be refunded.}
HOLIDAY WEEKENDS (Additional Charge Per Night,$25): Christmas, Easter, July 4th, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Year's, Passover, Thanksgiving.
