2-NIGHT MINIMUM. Deposit to hold: One-third of total charges by check. Email or hard copy of confirmation will be sent upon receipt. Balance due is payable in cash on day of arrival. CANCELLATIONS:If room can be re-rented, all monies will be refunded. If room cannot be rented, there will be a $100 cancellation fee and balance of monies will be refunded. Please ask about about availability on RED (reserved) dates. Sometimes there are last minute cancellations.
